Deep Learning: Bridging the gap between mind and machine.
Abstract: Machine Learning is a part of Artificial Intelligence consisting of statistical algorithms that learn to perform specific tasks given relevant data. Deep learning is a subfield of machine learning inspired by the structure and function of the human brain. It is based on artificial neural networks that enable information to pass through layers of interconnected neurons. By leveraging vast amounts of data and computation, the networks can encode complex features and perform tasks previously thought to be exclusive to human cognition. This enables various applications in computer vision, speech recognition, natural language processing, healthcare, and more. In future, does deep learning have the potential to emulate a human mind and revolutionize AI as we know it?
