Keynotes

Keynote 1
Passwords that are never entered.

We will see how a notoriously difficult math problem can be turned into a super-smart password-based login scheme, where a user never needs to enter a password, and the server does not need to store any passwords. The benefits are obvious: passwords which never leave their "cave" can never be stolen, sniffed or eavesdropped. The talk is a self-contained peek into the elegant cryptographic notion of "zero-knowledge-proofs" while essentially requiring zero prior background in cryptography.
