Q: What is the purpose of the workshop?
A: The workshop mainly targets people currently pursuing (or finished not more than) bachelors or masters or equivalent degree in the field of CS/EE/ECE or equivalent stream. The main purpose of the workshop is to make them aware about various exciting research ongoing in the domain of computer systems. Furthermore, the attendees will have the great opportunities to interact with speakers of the workshop who are the greatest innovators in computer system in the country right now. Not only that, the attendees also will have a chance to interact with few PhD scholars who are pursuing research in computer systems at CSA, IISc. A limited number of educators and industry professional are also allowed to attend the workshop.
Q: Where will the workshop happen?
A: The workshop will happen at the Department of Computer Science and Automation (CSA) at IISc, Bangalore.

Q: What is the schedule of the workshop?
A: The total duration of the workshop is 4 days (Nov 29, 2024 - Dec 2, 2024). There will be total 20 speakers from all over India. The tentative schedule for the workshop can be found here.
Q: Is there any registration fee?
A: Generous sponsorship from IISc, Dept. of CSA and several industries resulted in zero registration cost to attend the workshop.
Q: When is the registration deadline?
A: The registration is open till 1st November, 2024.
Q: I have registered. When will I be notified whether my registration is accepted or not?
A: The notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent via e-mail by 15th November, 2024.
Q: I am staying outside Bangalore. Will there by any travel assistanceship provided?
A: There will be no travel assistanceship provided to attend the workshop.
Q: Will accommodations be provided to the workshop attendees?
A: We will provide accommodation to the attendees on the basis of attendees' need and availability. Accommodation details will be intimated with the acceptance notification. Generous financial help from different sponsors enabled us to provide accommodation for the attendees.

Q: Will the attendess be given certificate of attendance?
A: A digital certificate will be issued to all participants attending the workshop. Attendance in all sessions on all 4 days is mandatory to receive the certificate.
