Conference Registration
General information & instructions:
- Except the "Student Day Pass" all other categories of conference registration includes access to all conference sessions, lunches on all conference days, access to the banquet dinner, and one electronic copy of the proceedings.
- For each accepted paper, at least one author must register at Authors (full) Rate on or before 1st November 2018. Without the registration, the paper will not be included in the LNCS proceedings.
- A few fellowships to cover registrations either completely or partially for authors from India, students from India, and academics/R&D Institutions from India are available. Such people may write to the Program Chairs in advance.
- Only students enrolled in full time programmes are eligible for registering at the student rate. Interested students should send a letter to the Program Chair stating their enrollment in their university signed by Dean/Head of Department. The Student Rate is not applicable for students who are authors of accepted papers.
- The "Student Day Pass" registration categories allows students to attend a single day of the conference. The Daily Pass does not cover the cost of meals, but attendees are free to attend all talks on a given day. As above, students should send a letter to the Program chair stating their enrollment in their university signed by the Dean/Head of Department. The Daily Pass is not available to students who are authors of accepted papers.
