- For an accepted paper to appear in the ICDCN proceedings, at least one author of the paper in the main conference/workshops must register as a regular registrant even if he/she happens to be a student, and the paper must be presented in the ICDCN 2019 conference by one of its authors.
- At least one author of each accepted paper in the main conference must register as a regular registrant on or before November 12, 2018.
- At least one author of each accepted paper in the workshops must register as a regular registrant on or before December 01, 2018.
- All foreign participants must register for the conference in the appropriate category on or before November 21, 2018, and the additional information requested is a GOI requirement.
- Request for Invitation letter for VISA has to be made during the registration process for ICDCN 2019.
